FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: two liquid reagents are subjected to interaction to manufacture hard highly dispersed powders. The reagents are divided by a membrane filter of heavy ions while the filter is irradiated by US-field at frequency not less than 105 Hz. The given method makes it possible to manufacture powders due to chemical interaction of two initial reagents (for example interaction of BaCl2 and Na2SO4 solutions resulting in formation of BaSO4 tails, salting out of solid zirconium acetylacetonate from its solution in toluene by means of its introduction through a heptane membrane filter and by other means. The received powders are highly dispersed (the average particle size is of some parts per hundred of a micron) and have special functions of separation according to sizes.
