FIELD: catalyst making. SUBSTANCE: method, suitable for making soldered joints, resistant to high loads, comprises steps of applying an adhesive or a binder, mainly the adhesive, onto portions of sheets, being soldered; winding the sheets or placing them into a cellular member and only after that operation applying a powder of the solder on the member. It is possible to make selective soldered joints in a mean part of the cellular member or on its end surfaces. The method allows to receive high-quality soldered joints, being necessary for motor vehicle catalysts of systems for neutralizing waste gases in modes of starting an engine and heating it up. EFFECT: enhanced quality of soldered joints in conditions of high thermic loads. 9 cl, 2 dwg
