FIELD: technical diagnostics of automatic control systems of steam turbines. SUBSTANCE: method consists in comparison of present and standard magnitudes of correlation coefficients between input and output coordinates of control channels and individual elements of these channels. In case cut-off spool valve 10 of servomotor 13 gets defective, high-pressure valve 16 will not respond to input actions. In this case relationship between power and pressure in first bleed chamber and between power and pressure in second bleed chamber increases since fluctuations in pressure set servomotors of high-pressure and low-pressure valve in motion and high-pressure servomotor cannot compensate for this disturbance. As a result, coefficients of correlation between pressure and power get increased. Change in correlation coefficients in the course of operation of turbounit makes it possible to reveal defective control channel at initial stage and then to reveal element which causes derangement of automatic control system. The numerical estimation thus obtained makes it possible to decide whether to continue operation of turbounit or to stop it for performing repair. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, high safety and efficiency of turbounit through routine estimation of serviceability of steam turbine automatic control system. 3 dwg
