FIELD: steel welding. SUBSTANCE: method of automatic flux welding comprises steps of layer-by-layer welding with provision of cross oscillations of an electrode; upon welding of Y-shaped dressing with an opening angle, equal to (40-70) degrees providing an amplitude of electrode oscillations, being by (1.3-12) times less, than a width of a previous bead at welding rate (10-25)m/h and with frequency (30-90) oscillations per minute.
