FIELD: agriculture, in particular, growing of stunted annual and perennial plants. SUBSTANCE: method involves positioning heating system on foundation in tape- type floor; charging ground, mulching and simultaneously establishing irrigation system; planting; packaging and transporting tape-type floor to growing location; laying tape-type floor onto ground or onto preliminarily prepared straw litter; connecting heating and irrigation systems. Tape-type floor is subjected to deformation to obtain arched shape allowing agricultural practice in cultivating plants and yielding to be effectuated. To prepare tape-type floor for winter, protective covering is rolled onto it, it is packaged and transported to storage zone. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method.
