FIELD: production of ceramic capacitors. SUBSTANCE: initially solutions of titanium tetrachloride, barium chloride and oxalic acid are prepared. Then said solutions are mixed at ratio 1:1.1:(2.0-2.2). Thus prepared precipitate which represents titanyl-oxalate of titanium is separated of mother solution. Said precipitate is washed and calcined. Mentioned above mother solution is treated by barium titanate, ratio of solid and liquid phases being 1:4-5). Then sustaining by heating till pH is 5-6 is carried out. Thus obtained precipitate is separated of solution of barium chloride. Thus prepared solution is divided in two portions. The former is removed at stage of mixing of origin components, the latter portion is evaporated to produce commercial product. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method. 3 cl
