FIELD: water development works, stationary sea structure, may be used in securing pile support block of a sea structure to sea bed. SUBSTANCE: vertical guide plates are secured to support hollow strings of sea structure. Fastening plates are installed using clamps so as to move them in vertical direction. On driving piles fastening plates are moved to place them close to the pile and vertical guide plates. EFFECT: high reliability. 4 dwg
