FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: fat and oil product containing vegetable oil and phospholipids has refined vegetable oil or deodorized refined oil and phospholipids obtained by hydration of nonrefined vegetable oil at zone of alternating rotating electromagnetic field at field intensity 50-250 kA/m followed by treatment under pressure 0.2-10 MPa for 10-15 min, treatment at zone of direct electromagnetic field at field intensity 250-350 kA/m and drying at 55-65 C. Product has additionally beta-carotene and alpha-tocopherol or alpha-tocopherol acetate at the following ratio of components, wt. -%: vegetable phospholipids 10-45; beta-carotene 0.010-0.100; alpha-tocopherol or alpha-tocopherol acetate 0.005-0.100, and vegetable oil - the rest.
