SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing crystallizing reagent into precipitation formation zone determined by localizing land surface sounding; detecting in this zone feeder clouds having potential water resource level corresponding to water content of at least 0.1 g/sq.m and disposed in the course of movement of charge cloud; attacking these feeder clouds by crystallizing reagent to cause rain precipitations. EFFECT: increased efficiency by eliminating hailstorm. 2 dwg
