FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindric housing with a cover from one side and opening for discharging gases from the other side, capsule ignitor positioned inside the housing, igniter, monolithic charge of a gas- penetrable solid chemical fuel, gas cooler-filter, and supporting perforated grid. The opening is closed with a diaphragm. The charge is positioned inside the housing without a spaced relation. The housing of the ignitor is made of an elastic material and consists of a sleeve for igniting the composition whose open end faces the capsule and centering member made in block. The cylindric housing of the device is seamless. The cover is tightly coupled with the housing. The diaphragm is a thinning of the seamless housing in the zone of the opening for discharging gas.
