FIELD: medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: urine from pregnant women (8-12 weeks of gestation) is cleared passing through microfiltration diaphragms at pore size 0.22-0.5 mcm. The cleared raw is concentrated in ultrafiltration modulus with hollow fibers at cutting off limit 10-40 kDa. The obtained concentrate is washed off urea and salts with distillated water at pH = 5.8-7.0. Value pH of concentrate is brought about to 3.8-4.2 and precipitate containing chorionic gonadotropin is isolated by acetone excess addition. For reprecipitation of active deposit containing chorionic gonadotropin the deposit is dissolved in 5-10% ammonium-acetate buffer containing 50-70% ethanol. Precipitation of the end product is carried out by increase of ethanol concentration up to 90-92%. Activity of the obtained product is 1500-2000 U/mg, yield is 85.7-90%. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, increased yield and activity.
