FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with local or total anesthetization in left supraclavicular area to isolate and puncture thoracic lymph duct followed by its catheterization. At the same time according to similar technique inguinal lymph node is catheterized by drop injection of antibiotics and plasma- substituting solutions at 30-50 ml/hour that enables to obtain two-fold increase of lymph outflow against conventional methods of lymph stimulation. Ductory drainage is conducted for 10 days to observe normal values of intoxication, qualitative lymph content and patient's state. EFFECT: improved results at treating patients with acute developed peritonitis. 1 dwg
