FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining the level of tumor-associated antigen SA-125 concentration in patient blood by means of enzyme immunoassay. The antigen concentration being lower than 22.9 U/ml at the 3-5 day from the beginning of the disease, favorable development course is predicted. The value being higher than 22.9, unfavorable development course of postoperative peritonitis is predicted. EFFECT: simplified method; enhanced accuracy of prognosis. 2 dwg
