FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises frame connected to supporting assembly formed as pillar having at one end connection to frame and at other end positioner. Apparatus further comprises two repository members, made each in form of cantilever secured to frame and carrying at free end connection to repository screw having trough-shaped plate, underfoot support and underknee retainer. Frame is made in form of threaded rod having smooth portion at its middle. Smooth portion is formed with tenons or with longitudinal groove adapted to accommodate movable coupling having tenons and internal longitudinal projection received into said groove. Pillar is made threaded and its connecting end carries bracket provided at its ends with slots adapted to receive tenons and nut. Positioner is made in form of articulately coupled strips having clamping screw at one end. Underfoot support and cantilevers on threaded rod are connected to internal threaded openings intended to receive rod and lock-nuts with tommy bars with help of sleeves attached to underknee retainer and to connecting ends of cantilevers. Each cantilever is connected to repository screw by means of rod, one end of which has threaded opening adapted to receive repository screw, while other end is connected to cantilever through spherical pivot. Underfoot is connected to rod by means of flat joint. Apparatus makes it possible to treat injuries in tibiotarsal joint by oriented reposition of fractures in ankle-bones, fragments of which are displaced in different directions. EFFECT: quick and reliable reposition of fractured ankle-bones. 5 dwg
