FIELD: production of dielectrics and cooling agents. SUBSTANCE: hexafluoropropylene is used as reagent 1, elementary fluorine being used as reagent 2. Fluorination is carried out at 10-30 C in the medium of fluorocarbon liquid which comprises 3-8 mass % of 1,1,3,3-tetraperfluoromethyl-2-pentafluoroethyldifluoropropyl radical. Said liquid represents perfluorolefins having formula (CF3)2CFCR1= CR2CF3 where R1-F1C2F5,CF(CF3)2,R2-F,CF2,CF2CF3 or it represents linear perfluorinated aliphatic compounds having common formula CF3(CF2)nF where n=5-10.
