FIELD: biotechnology, enzymes. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing lysozyme from undiluted egg protein by column chromatography process on cation-exchange resin that provides treatment large protein amount for 1 cycle using small resin amount. The prepared eluate shows high purity degree and high lysozyme concentration. For this purpose egg protein is passed through column with strong-acidic macroporous cation-exchange resin at concentration 0.2 M (not above) followed by elution of lysozyme with inorganic salt alkaline solutions at pH = 8.5-13.2. Eluent can contain soda Na2CO3 or potash K2CO3, sodium or potassium chlorides, sulfates or phosphates at concentration 0.05-2 M and ethanol at concentration 10-40% also. EFFECT: improved method of lysozyme preparing, high purity of the end product. 4 cl
