FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining peroxidise. Method consists in extraction of preliminary crushed black radish root 5% with calcium chloride solution in ratio 1:10 for 0.5 h at room temperature with further centrifugation and separation. Obtained extract is subjected to sorption at ion-exchange column with macroporous sulphocationite KU-23 in H+-form at rate 240 ml/cm2 h with further washing with 15 volumes of distilled water. Elution is realised with application of ammonia solution pH 10.7 with 5% calcium chloride solution at rate 160 ml/cm2 h to obtain eluate. PH value in eluate is brought to 6, eluate is desalted and freeze-dried with obtaining said enzyme.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce loss of target product, increase enzyme output by 30%.
