FIELD: virology. SUBSTANCE: vaccine strain A/47/Texas/91/2/6 - reassortant obtained by crossing epidemic virus A/Texas/36/91 (H1N1) with cold-adopted temperature-sensitive virus A/Leningrad/134/47/57 (H2N2) - attenuation donor that is harmless for adult and children. Strain A/47/Texas/91/2/6 is actively multiplicated in developing chicken embryos at optimal temperature 32-34 C and shows temperature-sensitivity and cold-adaptivity. Reassortant inherited from epidemic virus two genes encoding surface proteins (hemagglutinin and neuraminidase) from epidemic virus and six genes encoding nonglycolized proteins from attenuation virus. Strain A/47/Texas/91/2/6 (H1N1) is nonreactive for children (age 3-15 years) at intranasal administration. Strain is deposited in the State Virus Collection at N 104. EFFECT: construction of the strain indicated above. 1 tbl
