DEVICE FOR HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS OF SEA RANGE WATER AREA Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2079168 C1

FIELD: stationary systems for simultaneous determination of wind velocity in the water area, swell of sea surface and dynamic underwater noise in the water area, preliminary data processing and transmission of data to the user. SUBSTANCE: the device uses series-connected hydrophone, preamplifier, communication line, wide-band amplifier, spectrum analyzer, whose output is connected to the first input of the indicator, it also used a spectrum section separating unit, sea noise classification unit, wind velocity determination unit and a sea swell determination unit; the input of the spectrum section separating unit is connected to the output of the spectrum analyzer, and its output is connected to the inputs of the sea noise classification unit and wind velocity determination unit, whose first output is connected to the input of the sea swell determination unit, and the first output of the wind velocity determination unit and the output of the sea swell determination unit are connected to the second, third and fourth indicator inputs; use is also made of a synchronizing and control unit, whose controlled input is connected to the second output of the sea noise classification unit, the first synchronizing output os connected to the synchronizing inputs of the spectrum analyzer unit and spectrum section separation unit, and the second, third and fourth synchronizing outputs - to the synchronizing inputs of the sea noise classification unit, wind velocity determination unit and sea swell determination unit, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 10 dwg
