FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: facility has two-belt reciprocating conveyor. Each belt of the conveyor represents two frames of metal strips installed at different level from facility base so that the plane, passing through weight carrying faces of the belts, form an angle differing from right one that is adjustable. This allows to form an angle between brick surface being treated and the axis of plasma-arc charge of the plasma generator to provide high degree of uniformity in treating. A unit for ascending/descending the frames of special design is used as a part of the conveyor, which together with cam drive provides continuous smooth moving of the objects to be treated over the conveyor at constant speed. Since surfaces of two articles are treated concurrently in the gas generator chamber, then guaranteed gap between those is reached due to the use of dissector installed over the surface of conveyor belt and idlers. Desirable color is obtained by applying appropriate substance onto the brick surface to be treated. Rotary disc with copper water cooled radiators are used as gas generator anode. Cathode jet of the gas generator is installed from beneath of the conveyor to ensure overhaul life exceeding one month without readjustment. EFFECT: higher quality and productivity. 4 dwg
