FIELD: canned food and wine industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical cylindrical temperature-controlled vessel with cylindrical chamber of smaller diameter positioned in lower part of vessel and branch pipes. Drive mixers, annular bubblers and deflecting plates are positioned within vessel and cylindrical chamber. Deflecting plates are fixed on cylindrical chamber walls. Bubbler outlets are formed as supersonic nozzles. Deflecting plates and/or bladed mixers in vessel are made from permanent magnets with vertical arrangement of poles. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities by providing simultaneous removal of substances creating oxalate and colloid turbidities. 1 dwg
