FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has four dielectric film layers 1, 3, 9, 10 which are joined in packet. Perforated layer 9 serves as stiffening ring. Layer 10 is convex and shaped as diaphragm which is covered with layer of metal foil 11. Basic screen 2 and additional screen 3 serve for protection against electromagnetic noise. Capacitor plate 4 is generated on surface of layer 3. In course of manufacturing, layers of dielectric film are glued using given temperature, pressure mode during given time.
