FIELD: measurement of low levels of pressure fluctuations in various branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for measurement of low levels of pressure fluctuations in corrosive media, under radiation ( gamma radiation, neutron flux ), in high humidity up to 100.0% at ambient temperatures from - 60 to +300 C. Main shield of given transducer is fabricated from ferromagnetic material. Lower plate of capacitor and side shield are made of metal foil. Membrane of transducer is manufactured from metal coil and is coated with dielectric films on both sides. Rigid perforated dielectric film is placed between plates of capacitor and membrane. All layers of transducer are fastened together with adhesive on basis of epoxy resin. Assembled package is held under pressure of 0.2-0.4 kg/sq.cm under stepped change of temperature and preset curing duration.
