FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of distribution of pressure pulsations over surface of deformed article and extraction of deformation signal from pressure signal without mechanical working of surface of articles. SUBSTANCE: capacitive pressure pickup is developed on basis of two groups of sensitive elements of pressure pulsation. First group of sensitive elements (plates 3, 4, membrane 2 on surface of second dielectric film) is bonded on to surface of deformed article 15. Second group of sensitive elements (plates 12, 14 on surface of fifth dielectric film 10) is located above first group of sensitive elements, above dielectric films and main screen and is used to register action of pressure pulsations. Pressure sensitivity threshold of all sensitive elements is determined. Deformation signal in first group of sensitive elements recorded in first group of sensitive elements is extracted by known technique from main pressure signal of second group of sensitive elements. Measurement range amounts to 40 to 107 Pa. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of capacitive pressure pickup.
