FIELD: nuclear power engineering, in particular, delivery of waste assemblies of heat-emitting elements. SUBSTANCE: device has reinforced concrete housing which has internal steel envelope, outer envelope with ribs, bottom and sealed caps. Reinforcement of concrete is made from steel heat conducting rods with turns. One turn of rods is used for connection along all surface of inner steel envelope in rows uniformly around circumference. Another turn is used for connection to corresponding heat conducting rod from adjacent upper and lower rows in order to provide trapezium cramps which touch inner surface of outer steel envelope by their vertices. In space between cramps perforated gas-removing pipes are located uniformly along circumference. Said pipes are connected to assembling collector which has breakable protection diaphragm. EFFECT: increased safety. 4 dwg
