FIELD: nuclear power engineering, in particular, delivery of waste assemblies of heat-emitting elements. SUBSTANCE: device has reinforced concrete housing which has internal and outer steel envelopes, bottom and sealed caps and cooling channel. Reinforcement of concrete is designed as lattice case which is attached to outer steel envelope and connected by means of heat conductors to inner steel envelope. Outer jacket with driving pipe is pulled on container. Cooling channel is designed as ring space between container housing and outer jacket. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 dwg
