FIELD: laboratory diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for multiplex immunochromatographic analysis for determining several analytes in a sample, involving incubation of a sample with a membrane chromatographic composite in the form of a test strip and developing reagents and subsequent registration of luminescence signal in analytical and control zones on chromatographic membrane in time resolution mode, and after incubation of the membrane composite with the developing reagents, an additional step of incubating the membrane composite with the washing assay buffer is introduced, wherein developing reagents used are a mixture of conjugates of ligands with long-term luminescent taps, luminescent characteristics of which differ by at least the wavelength of the maximum emission and the decay time constant, and the analytical membrane contains microzones for binding analytes in low and high concentration, wherein at the location of the analytical microzones for detecting low concentrations is made narrower in comparison with the width before and after the location of the analytical microzones for detecting low concentrations, wherein the capacity of the sorbent pad provides the absorption of the entire sample and the additional volume of the washing assay buffer, luminescence is recorded in stroboscopic mode in several spectral ranges corresponding to emission peaks of the taps with separation of the signal in the time interval equivalent to the damping time of the corresponding taps.
EFFECT: invention increases sensitivity of multiplex analysis and widens the dynamic range of detected analyte concentrations.
