FIELD: mechanical engineering reconditioning of parts which should comply with high standards as to their tightness. SUBSTANCE: defect in article is filled up with sealing compound containing 100 mass parts of oligoester acrylate-base anaerobic seal, epoxy gum in amount of 50-300 mass parts, amine-type hardener in amount of 10-100 mass parts and ferrum-containing metal powder in amount providing thixotropic state of compound. After hardening, outer surface of compound is cleaned to bright metal. Then surface is wetted with anaerobic seal and sealing compound is applied again to overlap the surface of applied layer. EFFECT: improved quality of repaired part.
