FIELD: mechanical engineering; methods of elimination of the defects on the products.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to mechanical engineering. The method of elimination of the defects on the products provides for application on the defects of the layer of Anaterm-1y sealing material, then according to the invention additionally apply the second layer of Anaterm-1y sealing material, which has been preliminary introduced with the dust of the copper alloys up to the complete filling of the defects volume, after that the product is subjected to the thermal treatment at the temperature of 60-120°С till the mixture solidification. The technical result of the invention is expansion of the technological capabilities ensuring elimination of the large sizes defects on the products made out of the copper alloys.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the expansion of the technological capabilities to eliminate the large sizes defects on the products made out of the copper alloys.
