FIELD: mechanical engineering; construction of heat exchangers. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger consists of several heat-exchange tubes whose width exceeds their height when one heat-exchange medium passes through them. Each wide side of heat-exchange tubes is provided with fins formed by finned band bent in form of meander. To avoid effect of contamination on heat-transfer ability of heat exchanger, fins are provided with holes; width of each hole is equal to at least distance between two adjacent fins. Holes are located in zone of tops of fins directed from flat side of heat- exchange tube. Holes in fins of adjacent tubes coincide. Fins are provided with additional holes on their lateral surfaces at area of their base; width of these holes is lesser than distance between adjacent fins. Additional holes are located at equal distance from two adjacent holes at tops of fins. Tops of fins adjoin flat sides of heat-exchange tube or surfaces of finned band of adjacent heat-exchange tube. Lateral surfaces of fins are provided with extrusions: some of them are located on the outside and other are located inside fins. Attachment of fins on flat sides of heat-exchange tubes is mainly effected by means of electrostatic welding. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 9 cl, 5 dwg
