Abstract RU 2085857 C1

FIELD: water supply systems to meter productivity and to establish rational modes of operation of pumping stations, water conduits and other structures of water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: velocity water meter has velocity pickup and secondary device. Velocity pickup is manufactured in the form of sensitive element put on bearing pipe with provision for reciprocating displacement along controlled stream and of electromechanical unit composed of slider, converter of linear displacement of sensitive element to rotary displacement of screw axle of slider and contact block with provision of slider with two contact jumpers. Secondary device of water meter is fabricated in the form of electron unit of formation and registration of output signal which incorporates standard signal generator, two circuits for extraction of information pulses and reversible counter. Secondary device can be additionally fitted with generator of count pulses and two valves. Apart from reversible counter secondary device can be equipped with generator of permanent signal and two differential networks.
