Abstract RU 2085900 C1

FIELD: instrument engineering; nondestructive testing of different diameter coil springs. SUBSTANCE: device has bed frame 1 with indenter 3, stage engaging with indenter through lifting mechanism, and also loading unit 2. Novelty is that stage is made in form of corner-shaped trough 4 and support movable relative to each other. Tail spindle 5 of support is displaced relative to indenter axis towards bed frame support and is provided with detachable mandrel 6 cantilever mounted in tail spindle 5 by slot joint 7 and detent 8, crossing indenter axis and provided with segment cutouts 9 at different sides corresponding to specimens of springs to be tested. Tail spindle 5 coupled with handwheel 11 through screw 12 and bevel pair 13 and 14 has guide 15 accommodating key 16 of support housing 17. EFFECT: reliability of spring hardness tests. 2 cl, 4 dwg
