FIELD: cooling of agricultural products with accumulated cold. SUBSTANCE: receiver-accumulator has hollow cylinder where revolving spraying pipes and aerodynamic plates are arranged and reservoir-heat exchanger with hollow elastic walls communicated with water supply system. Lower portion of reservoir-heat exchanger is connected with revolving pipes found in hollow cylinder by means of pipe laid in production room and with its upper portion through the cock. In cold season, cavity of walls is filled with water to increase their heat conductivity. In warm season, water is drained from cavity of walls, thus ensuring heat insulation of reservoir. Heat-transfer agent is cooled in flow of air in hollow cylinder by circulating it through reservoir and feeding to cold supply system by means of pump.
