SUBSTANCE: apparatus consists of consecutively arranged in process sequence direction assembly for shaping tape from starting material, shaped tape cooling unit, and cooled tape crushing unit. Tape cooling unit is constructed as a box separated in longitudinal direction with, disposed therein, perforated partition into lower chamber connected to discharge fan and upper chamber connected to suction fan.
