FIELD: transport engineering; device for coupling single-track prime-mover and double-track trailer. SUBSTANCE: coupling gear has brackets 1 and 2 rigidly secured on each member and interconnected by clamps 5 and 7 and connecting member with horizontal and vertical pins, 3 and 4, respectively. Mechanism to provide position tilting of single-track tractor at cornering and ensure stability of tractor at straight ahead running and at parking place is arranged between lugs of clamp 7. This mechanism can be made of two design versions. In mechanism of one design version horizontal rod locks the mechanism when running straight ahead and at parking place, thus preventing tilting of vertical axle, and at cornering it makes the axle and single-track tractor tilt together with axle in direction of cornering. Mechanism of other design version is made in form of two sectors. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities and enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 6 dwg
