Transmitting channel has control signal shapers 2.1 and 2.2, parallel-to-series code converters 4.1 and 4.2, encoders 6.1 and 6.2 and transmitters 10.1 and 10.2. Receiving channel has receivers 11.1 and 11.2, decoders 9.1 and 9.2, majority units 7.1 and 7.2, series-to-parallel code converters 5.1 and 5.2, digital-to-analog converters 3.1 and 3.2 and telephone units 8.1 and 8.2. Control signals are formed in digital-parallel code, converted into series code, encoded and transmitted to following station where coded signals are received and decoded and condition of line circuit of station, wherefrom order has been received, is modeled.
