FIELD: mechanical engineering; welding production of flux-cored electrodes for surfacing metal cutting tools and processing equipment in nitrogen containing gas mixtures. SUBSTANCE: charge has carbon, chromium, tungsten, vanadium, sodium fluosilicate and, additionally, sulphur, cobalt, molybdenum and aluminium at the following ratio of components, mass %: carbon 1-3.6,; chromium 6.5-12; tungsten 6-12; molybdenum 8-17; vanadium 2-6; aluminium 1-4.5; sodium fluosilicate 0.6-3.6; sulphur 0.9-3; cobalt 12-13; ferrum, the balance. Additional of sulphur reduces temperature in zone of cutting, and cobalt increases heat resistance. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 tbl
