SUBSTANCE: charge contains, wt %: carbon 1.0-3.6, nitrated ferrochromium 8.0-20.0, molybdenum 5.0-21.0, tungsten 1.0-8.0, vanadium 2.0-6.0, aluminium 1.0-4.5, nickel 3.2-20.0, aluminium production electrofilters dust 1.0-15.0, iron is the rest.
EFFECT: increased mechanical properties of deposited metal, in particular, wear resistance and hardness, by increasing the amount of retained austenite, carbonitride phase and precipitation hardening effect of high-alloyed austenite at tempering, prevention of cold crack formation during multi-layer surfacing due to increased amount of stabilised austenite in during surfacing.
