FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the mining and metallurgical equipment parts working surfaces surfacing, which are subject to increased requirements for hardness and wear resistance. Flux-cored wire charge contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: carbon 1.0–3.6, nitrided ferrochrome 8.0–20.0, molybdenum 5.0–21.0, tungsten 1.0–8.0, vanadium 2.0–6.0, aluminum 1.0–4.5, nickel 3.2–20.0, aluminum production electrostatic precipitators dust 1.0–15.0, titanium 1, 0–4.5 and iron the rest being.
EFFECT: invention enables increase in the weld metal mechanical properties, in particular hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, as well as prevention of the cold cracks formation in the process of multilayer surfacing in the nitrogen-containing environment by increase in the amount of stabilized austenite and reducing of its grain growth in the process of surfacing.
