FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for surfacing with flux-cored wire the working surfaces of parts of mining and metallurgical equipment, which have high requirements for hardness and wear resistance. The flux-cored wire charge contains, wt.%: carbon 1.0-3.6; calcium cyanamide 8.0-20.0; molybdenum 5.0-21.0; tungsten 1.0-8.0; vanadium 2.0-6.0; aluminium 1.0-4.5; nickel 3.2-20.0; dust from aluminium electrostatic precipitators 1.0-15.0; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: increasing the wear resistance and hardness of the deposited metal due to an increase in the amount of retained austenite, carbonitride phase and the effect of dispersion hardening of high-alloy austenite during tempering. Flux-cored wire also prevents the formation of cold cracks during multilayer surfacing by increasing the amount of stabilized austenite.
