FIELD: systems for preparing fuel for combusting without swirlers. SUBSTANCE: apparatus provides disintegration and drying of dust until uniform fraction size with enhanced characteristics, namely without ballast incombustible vapors and steam, with increased specific surface area due to porosity and disintegration and improved caloricity due to removal of ballast matters such as water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen of fuel, low calorific volatile ingredients. Separation of nitrogen oxides in fire box is lowered as nitrogen is separated from fuel at drying in dust concentrator. Swirling is realized due to use in each section of dust concentrator overflow window 16 shifted relative to branch pipes 7 for supplying heat transfer agent entering tangentially window 16. Heat transfer agent creates vortex of aeromixture and the last is separated, namely large size particles return to inlet of section and disintegrated fine particles are fed to burners of fire box. Superfine dust is formed in upper sections when in lower sections damper 18 for supplying dust to burners of fire box is closed. EFFECT: quick igniting and burning-out of dust due to its additional disintegration and drying by means of flue gases, reduced underburning. 2 dwg
