FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: device has triode electron gun, resonator system including input, next-to-last and output resonators, transit channel, input and output communication elements, collector and line of feedback of output resonator with next-to-last resonator. Phase length θl of feedback line is chosen from condition and transit angle between next-to-last and output resonators θo meets condition . Flow is accelerated in gap of next-to-last resonator due to energy coming from output resonator. Energy of electrons grows several times with increase of current which provides for total removal of energy from electron flow with change of beam current. EFFECT: provision for total removal of energy from electron flux, usage of device as amplifier of SHF signal in TV and communication transmitters. 1 dwg
