FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: first gap of a resonator has an extended interaction space (EIS) of electrons with a microwave field, the length of which is selected based on the conditions to produce negative electronic conductivity and optimal grouping of electrons. The device uses EIS with uneven electric field and high microwave voltage amplitudes within the limits of (2.6-2.8)U0.
EFFECT: increased efficiency compared to two- and one-resonator klystron generators with two gaps.
