FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in method for generation of microwave oscillations generated electron flow is introduced into space of interaction of volume resonator, is modulated by speed and density, energy of electron flow is transformed into energy of microwave oscillations of volume resonator, at the same time value of electron transit angle in space of interaction of volume resonator and value of electron flow current are selected based on specified conditions. In the first version of device multibeam monotron comprises volume resonator, in end walls of which there are two transit pipes installed, besides the second transit pipe protrudes into cavity of resonator. Distance from the end of the second transit pipe to end walls of volume resonator and diametre of transit pipes are selected based on specified conditions. In the second version of device both transit pipes protrude into cavity of resonator, and a diaphragm is installed between them with central hole for electron flow. Distances from ends of transit pipes to end walls of resonator and to diaphragm, diametres of transit pipes and central hole of diaphragm are selected based on specified conditions.

EFFECT: increased efficiency factor of generation.
