FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, tank with liquid nitrogen secured to the side of the housing, and drive with piston and pusher. The tank is mounted at the tip of the pusher. From one side the couplings are mounted on a mandrel and abut against its conical portion. From the other side the clutches can be in a contact with the stop end face made on the guide support perpendicular to its axis. The guide support is provided with a plate secured to the housing. The guide support and plate are interconnected with bolts. The conical end portion of the mandrel is locked on the projection at the axis of the tank. The cylindrical portion of the mandrel is set in the guide support. The magnitude of the stroke of the drive is less than the total value of the coupling stack and the length of the conical portion of the mandrel. The outer diameter of the conical portion of the mandrel does not allow the inner diameter of the coupling to be changed after deformation no more than by 6%. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
