SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing, for aromatization of apple juice, 1-2% by mass of aqueous-alcohol extract of CO2-oil-seed meal of coniferous needle of Siberian fir, and 0.02-0.05% by mass of CO2-extract of banana peel, and homogenizing the mixture. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
