FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing divided into cells by walls made from current-conductive strips, system for supplying gaseous heat-carrier into cells, temperature control and regulation system, having thermocouples positioned on each strip and at cell outlet. Thermocouples are connected through matrix decoder with analog converter, comparison unit, correction unit, heaters and gaseous heat-carrier supply system. Current-conductive strips serving as heaters are connected with current source. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of dried products. 1 dwg
