FIELD: ophthalmology; treatment of transsudative maculopathies of various etiologies. SUBSTANCE: patient's eye's retina is subjected to retinopuncture with laser beam emitted by yttrium-aluminium garnet laser source with intensity 6-8 mJ. Laser beam is applied to lower retina zone or to temporal zone by 1-3 pulses until transsudate leaks out to vitreous body. EFFECT: effective new method.
