FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing retina in highest drop position in transpupillary way with YAG-laser beam. Then, the patient is placed in prone position for 2 h. Delimiting retina laser coagulation operation is carried out in transpupillary way at the second day after retinal puncture operation. Coagulates are placed beginning from retina detachment boundary and then along laser-made hole boundary.
EFFECT: avoided surgical intervention; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
