FIELD: prospecting for water and hydrocarbon deposits. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic field is formed by frequency of current that excites magnetic resonance in deposit of sought-for mineral in ground and signal of magnetic resonance is measured in different points of surface of the Earth in zone of location of sought-for mineral after supply of current is stopped. Parameters of deposit are evaluated by dependence of value of signal of magnetic resonance on coordinates of points of surface of the Earth where signal of magnetic resonance is measured. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of method. 3 cl, 1 dwg
